Yum Cha literally means "drink tea" in Cantonese. The traditional Cantonese brunch involves Chinese tea and Dim Sim. Each item of Dim sim is meticulously hand made with love by the chefs at Dragons. Yum cha items generally involves small portions of steamed, pan-fried, and deep-fried dim sum dishes served in bamboo steamers, which are designed to be eaten communally and washed down with tea. Yum Cha is not only a Chinese Cuisine but an enjoyment of food culture.
