Their philosophy is simple, no extravagant menu descriptions and no shortcuts! Simple yes, but they don’t want to dazzle you with half truths and outright fibs! Their food is as you see it, prepared fresh and served with smiles. Making 15kg of tomatoes into salsa is time consuming and hard work, but fresh is best and therefore worthwhile.
They prepare all their fillings themselves using their own recipes... they take great pride in their work and eat a burrito or quesadilla every day that they work. You would think after four years they would have had enough, but no! They well and truly get high on their own supply of fillings and tortillas!
