Remarkables Market

Unlike a lot of markets around the world, the Remarkables Market can be counted on to yield some great local products and produce without resorting to the cheap goods that many tourists mistake for deal. Located in Remarkables Park in Frankton (just east of Queenstown), handmade crafts and fresh foods take center stage here, while you'll also be greeted by the typically inspiring New Zealand scenery. Open every Saturday morning from October to April, you'll hear live music to accompany a few hours of browsing produce, meats, cheeses, breads, teas, homemade candles, and so much more.
