Stravon – Headquarters
The saying "Home is Where the Heart Is" may never feel truer than when you're falling asleep to the dulcet tones of the Motokaikai cascading her way through the estate.
Built in 1895 the hut served as a refuge for cattle drovers & deer stalkers throughout South Canterbury. The hut has undergone a few subtle tweaks over the years, to keep it up to speed for today's discerning traveler but rest assured the hut's pioneer flavour still remains. And speaking of pioneers, just down the hallway, past your bedroom & bathroom you’ll find SHACKLETON'S... our in-house bar which tips it's cap to Antarctica and raises it's glass to the heroes that conquered it.
Here is your place to log out & reconnect with nature. This little gem that sits in the clouds and the estate that surrounds it... are exclusively yours whilst you're here.
