The Headless Mexican
A number of amazing staff from all over the world, many of them from South America, had an influence and helped shape the menu and it’s flavours, as well as contributing to the uniqueness of The Headless Mexican. The believe that offering house made food is an expression of love. Almost all of their produce is made on side using fresh products. That includes our desserts, chutneys, smoked pork belly, smoked chillies for their sauces, and more.
