Get a group of family or friends together (1-8 people) and get out on the water to explore Kawau Island, one of the most picturesque islands of the Hauraki Gulf.

Cruise to Kawau Island and explore the beauty and interesting sights that make this island so unique. One of the larger islands of the Hauraki Gulf, Kawau Island has plenty of secluded bays to explore and enjoy. Landing at Mansion House Bay, wander the grounds (mind the peacocks!), see the famous mansion and discover the intriguing history of the island.

From Mansion House Bay, stroll an easy track (watch out for the wallabies!) along the foreshore to the old copper mine to see remnants of days gone by and enjoy a picnic lunch on the beach.

After lunch, we'll jump back in the boat and motor to a sheltered bay to spend the afternoon swimming, paddle-boarding and relaxing before cruising back to the city.
